Hi I have registered my license to the wrong email (that I don’t have access to) AND currently cannot properly validate the theme.
Please help!

You can actually do this on your end by trying to register a new account and make use of the license key that you currently have to register the account.
You just have to make sure that the license is unlocked.
To unlock a license, please click on the lock icon next to the license in your licenses page:
