Hello,

I installed plugins and they crashed my site. I disabled plugins in file manager and was able to log back into wp admin. I am using X – Child Theme. I activated Cornerstone plugin and Envira Gallery plugin and my site looks back to normal but my pages can not be found. I built them in Cornerstone, what happened?

I just purchased themeco - Product Support 6 Month Extension.
Now how do I reach someone?

It appears the Cornerstone plugin update is causing the site to crash, Version 7.3.9.

Thanks for writing in! Please make sure that you updated both the X theme and the Cornerstone plugin. Our latest versions are:

  • X theme 10.3.9
  • Cornerstone 7.3.9
  • PHP 8.x
  • WordPress 6.3
