I Need verificaiton of an alternate URL

I am domain masking a secondary domain over my actual install. This works great, but is causing the font-awesome Icons to not work (and I assume there will be a few other issues). I also assume that the solution is documenting the new URL. I have the unlimited pro license, but it wants to verify through the website which already has a license. How can I fix this issue?

I have a verified build using the website wellspacenw.com. However, I have a second url that I domain mask over the top, wellspacemassage…com. So both url’s go to identical pages while maintaining their root in the address bar. Unfortunately, the icons from font-awesome in the menu do not show when the URL is wellspacemassage.com. I can only assume this is because that URL is not listed in my account. Unfortunately I cannot seem to manually add a URL, but need to use the license and verify at the site level—which I cannot since it is verified already under the wellspacenw.com domain. Can you help me add a domain to the profile?

Hey @vinwilli72,

If you need to verify the license to your website https://wellspacenw.com/, you just need to validate it using your Pro license and it will automatically added to your account. If that’s not what you are trying to achieve, please explain further.

Hi Marc, Thanks for the response however I don’t think I am being clear. WellSpaceNW.com is verified, however wellspacemassage.com is a masked domain that goes over the top. If someone types wellspacemassage.com it goes to wellspacenw.com but stay wellspacemassage.com in the address bar. When that happens certain things don’t work because wellspacemassage.com isn’t verified. I cannot verify it in the admin because the admin is only wellspacenw.com and it is already verified.

Since you have a Pro unlimited license, you can assign the license to all the URLs so that it might work with any of the URLs you have whether it is a masked domain or not.
