I need to rearrange the items in essential grid

I’ve tried to do a bunch of different stuff to rearrange the images in my grids but nothing is working. I have a bunch of products being pulled into different grids and some of them are sold and some are available–I want to be able to rearrange them so that there aren’t a bunch of sold products at the top etc.
