Thanks for writing in. Regretfully, won’t know the exact cause of the issue based solely on the screenshot. Please move your site to an online dev site and give us the URL of the problem page.

For now, I could only recommend some possible solutions.

  1. Ensure X and Cornerstone are up to date. You can see the latest version in our Chagelog at https://theme.co/changelog
  2. If you’re using a child theme and have customizations, please switch to the parent X theme.
  3. If you have custom CSS and JS in Theme Options, please temporarily remove them.
