Hi there,

I have an existing X licence and I can upgrade to Pro for free.
If I buy another X licence can I upgrade the new one to pro instead, considering I can upgrade the old one to pro.

No.
Conversions are free only for old licenses.

Hi @mayhemds,

@faizan is right. You could convert your X license for free if you have purchased it before Pro was introduced.

This option is not available for new licenses.
