Thank you for writing in, to change the background color of the navbar, on your admin dashboard, please navigate to X > Theme Options > Renew and change the Navbar Background color

The “Assign a Menu” will be automatically replaced by an actual menu, once you have created a menu and assigned it as the Primary Menu.

How to Add Navigation Menu in WordPress

The easiest way to add a contact form to your page is to Install a plugin called Contact Form 7, once you install that plugin and create a form, you can then add the form to your page using the Contact Form 7 element.
