I have 2 licenses from Envato, can't register one

I have 2 licenses for X theme. My dashboard shows one is registered to a site. The other site is old and taken down, but I want to use that license for a new site. However, when I try to add the license in the themeco dashboard, it says this license is already in use? Any ideas? Thanks.

I would like to recomend you to follow the step mentioned here https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/i-cant-get-my-licence-to-be-activated-on-the-new-url-i-specify/14749 and let us know if that works for you.
If that doesn’t work just post your login details and the licence key in a secure note so that we can have a look on to the issue.
