I don't want WooCommerce single product image cropped to a square

My products were rendered perfectly several versions of WooCommerce and X Theme ago. Because the products are greeting cards, they are both portrait and landscape, but not square. However, they are cropped on the single product page into a square, which does not represent the product at all.

Please help me get back to the way it used to look.

I saw the thread on this page: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/need-to-change-product-image-to-portrait-from-square/452 and I tried that, but it did not change anything for me, nor have any of the other solutions that I have been able to find on the forum (including this one https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/woocommerce-image-size-of-single-product/574).

I would like to include screenshots but have not figured out how to do it. :thinking: I hope I have adequately described the problem.

If you want, we can check your changes made in your child theme. Could you please provide us the ftp details so that we can check the file in your child theme?

Hi Rue - As I mentioned above, I tried the solution from the link you refer to, with no luck. So I will provide the login credentials to my test site (where I attempted the changes) so you can check it out. I sure do appreciate it.

By the way, I use WP Rocket, but I have cleared cache, and that doesn’t help.
