Hi,

I don’t recall asking for “PRO” but I got it. I might have. It’s been years since I made the purchase, but in any case, what I want is just plain old X. How do I get the regular X theme?

Thanks for reaching out.

I checked your account and you have both Pro and X theme. We don’t have an automatic upgrade of the license, but your X theme license is upgraded to Pro last May 2019. Perhaps you have upgraded it.

It’s been 7 months it’s upgraded and I don’t think it’s possible for downgrade. You could try other licenses from your account. Or still, you can install X theme and download them from your Themeforest account, as suggested above
