I do not have an X addons option ( below jetpack). What do I have to do to get this?

i double checked and i have the latest version downloaded

Thanks for writing in!

We have phased out X Addons to make is more seamless experience. You can now launch Theme options panel from X > Launch > Options on the other hand theme validation, demo contents and extension installation can be done from X > Overview.
