I deleted cornerstone

i am new to this and was having trouble with setting the menu, so i deleted cornerstone, thinking that i could reinstall it, but now i can not find it anywhere pls help

If X is validated Cornerstone will get auto installed once deleted.

Hi There,

Navigate to X > Overview and Cornerstone should be automatically re-installed. Then navigate to plugins panel to activate it.

its telling me We attempted to installed Cornerstone (required by X) automatically, but were unable to. You may need to install Cornerstone manually. Error Details.

which i did, but i can’t open it I am using a Mac version 10.6.8 and using Chrome

it downloads into x.zip file which I open and then sets it up in the download folder, but nothing more happens

would it help if i give you my log in details

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! The Cornerstone plugin wasn’t able to be installed automatically because the cornerstone folder in your plugins already exists. You will have to login to your ftp, browse to the plugins folder and delete cornerstone folder manually. If you want, we can resolve this issue for you. Please send us your ftp details so that we can login and correct this.

Hi There

You had another plugin from another company which is called Cornerstone installed, as the plugin uses the same folder Cornerstone could not be installed.

As you published your credentials publically please change your password asap.
