I can't validate X theme

I can’t validate X theme on a site that I’ve just migrated to the live server.

Entering the code in the validation field, but hitting enter has no effect.

I’ve had this problem with one other site, and your advice was to update X and Cornerstone. I’ve done this, but still can’t validate.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
