I’ve just received an email telling me I can update X theme but when I try to do it within WP I get an error:
An error occurred while updating X: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
Please can somebody help me as I’m not sure how to update this

This indicates an issue with hosting configuration. Please try to contact your hosting provider to resolve this. Alternatively you can download the latest X version manually and upload it via FTP.

If I install it via the FTP how do I then install/update it within WP?
