I can't translate HEADER and FOOTER with WPML

I’m translating my website but I can’t find where I can translate my HEADER and FOOTER.

I tried to did it throw STRING TRANSLATION following the steps of this thread:
_To resolve your issue, you have to go to WPML > Theme and plugins localization. There select the ‘Translate the theme and plugins using WPML’s String Translation’ option and press save. Than you can scan for strings. After that, these strings should appear in WPML’s ‘String Translation’.

But is not working yet… we can not see any string translation footer relationed :frowning:

In my website we’ve:
Wordpress: 5.0.3
Pro theme: 2.4.6
WPML: 4.2.4.1
WPML String Translation: 2.10.2

Can you help me, please?
