I can't register a purchase code because I don't know the email associated with it

I need to register a new code for my website, however it is not allowing me to do so because it says the license is registered. It is not registered on my email and I don’t know what email it is associated with. I don’t have access to the email. Please guide me on how to fix this.

Are you trying to register into our forum through the following link? If that is the case, please provide the license in the secure note, for further investigation.

I am trying to add the license but it is saying it is already registered. However, I have the code from envato, it should not be registered to any other account. I only have one license registered on my themeco but i need two. I have the purchase code and envato code.

It is best that you create your own support thread and include the license details so that we can look it up who have registered it or what Themeco account the license code is associated with.
