I can't preview in Cornerstone

Hello,

I’m getting this error message in preview, but i haven’t added any new plugins for their to be a conflict.

Hello Justin,

Thanks for writing in! After I click the “Try Again” button I was able to load the page in the preview.

I would recommend that you update to the latest version. Most of the time, outdated WP core, theme and plugins will create issues in your site as well. Our latest versions are:

  • WordPress 5.3
  • X theme 7.1.1
  • Cornerstone 4.1.1

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
