When I click to install any extension in the Pro extension library (such as essential grid or layer slider) it says “error encountered. details” so I click details and then it says “Your user account does not have permission to install plugins.” I am an administrator on my WP site, so I don’t understand why I can’t install plugins.

Please make sure you have administrator privilege of the user account that you are using for plugin installation. In case if you are using an admin account but still it is not working for you then we need to check your settings I would request you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin level username and password
