I can't install example templates on X/Pro

Hi there,

I installed X and then purchased PRO. I tried to install one of the examples but I couldn’t find any in PRO under Design Cloud. Then I realized I needed to install it on X first and then upgrade to pro. I tried to do that but when I click on the “Get Design Cloud” button, nothing happens (in X). Could someone assist?

Just an update: I now managed to activate Cornerstone. When I click on the Launch Cornerstone, new window opens but the example tempaltes are not there. Empty, like in PRO (I am in X right now)

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! Which template do you want to install? In your Cornerstone builder preview, find the “+” button and go to the Themeco tab. This is where you can find the Design Cloud templates.

Please make sure that the Cornerstone plugin is installed and activated.
