I cant insert Shortcodes

I have tried so many ways to insert shortcodes using visual composer but after inserting it i dont see anything when previewing same as when i use shortcodes generator.
i am beginner so i need you help pls

Thanks for writing in! In Visual Composer, you can insert a Text element

Then you can place your shortcode there.
