There is no menu that exists that this icon thinks exists:

SHOP
nor WORK
are things that exist anywhere in my legit pages, posts and menus

Thanks for posting in!

Regretfully these icons are only available in Pro theme. You can create a custom header and insert navigation dropdown, navigation collapse or navigation off canvas elements for your menu in smaller screens.

And by the way, you forgot to insert the url of the site in question. I visited the sites associated with your licenses and it seems that is not the one you are working on.
