Hi There,

Thank you for writing in, but we can’t view that page, please check that page content for any malformed HTML markup, you can use this tool here for checking.

If you cant find anything that causing the issue, please provide us your login URL. the /wp-admin and /wp-login.php does not work.

Cheers!

Ok URL provided. Firefox is saying the page has a 404 error. I don’t know why

Hi There,

Thanks for the login, I was able to checked that page now. I see that you’re using a <p> tag inside the headline element, please do not do that you’re messing the text font-size and HTML markup on the front-end.

If you want to format the text please use the Text Format and Text Style fields instead.

If you need to use the <p> tag in multiple paragraphs, please use the Text element instead, not the Headline.

That is because that page is private, it only visible to login user.

Hope it helps,
Cheers!

I have tried again but please take a look at how it appears now.

Hi @VelocityWeb,

I just checked and the setting provided in the screenshot is already applied. BUT, the problem is because of the malformed content, as suggested by Friech, you shouldn’t add <p></p> in a headline.

I went ahead and changed this

<p>Website Remakes, Remodels &amp; Upgrades</p>

to this

Website Remakes, Remodels &amp; Upgrades

Thanks!

got it thanks for explaining :grinning:

Why does the system keep putting the

tags in?
Why are all my old presets now affected not not working?

Hi There,

Please edit your headline in HTML mode so WordPress will not wrap it <p>.

When you apply the preset do you include the content? The content in preset might have also wrap in p tag when you saved it.

Load your preset, remove the p tag and then re-save it.

Thanks,
