Hi There,

Please try testing for plugin conflict specially performance and cache related plugins which might cause this type of issue.

If you have any cache plugins, flush the cache before turning off the plugin.

If the issue persists, please provide your admin credentials in a secure note and also the specific page and which elements you are facing issues.
