Hello there. I want to access this links I created way before but I couldn’t find it now. This is not a footer menu. If I remember this correctly, I created this inside the content area but now, all I can see is the copyright text. I want to add my sitemap page there together with T&C and privacy policy.

It seems that it is coming from the footer menu. I would suggest you go to your WP-ADMIN—>Appreance —>Menu -->Check for the “footer menu”
