I cannot update the Grid plugin

Hello! We are using the Grid plugin in our website, and I cannot update it to the laters version.

In the Dashboard > Plugins page, the Grid plugin, has the button: Update Required.
When I click it it goes to a page: Bulk Extension Manager
where the Grid plugin has the button Update and these info:

Installed version: 2.6.17
Minimum required version: 2.7.8
Available version: 2.7.8

I click the Update button but I receive this message:
Updating Plugin: The Grid
The plugin is at the latest version.
TGMPA v2.6.1

My theme license is valid, what can I do to have the latest version of the Grid plugin?

Thanks for reaching out.

I suggest that you disable your The Grid Plugin and do the updates. If it doesn’t work, please delete the plugin and install the latest Grid plugin in the X/Pro Validation.

Note: Before doing anything else, please backup your website so that you will have a revert option.

I will try disable and enable it first cause I don’t wan to loose the content.

The latest Grid plugin in the X/Pro Validation is it free with the license of the theme?

The Grid is a theme bundled plugin and it comes free with the theme. Please find other bundled plugin here: https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility#third-party-extensions
