Hi, I purchased an X licence in April last year and then purchased a new licence yesterday (2nd May 2018) but on my licences page this new licence is not showing. Please tell me what is happening here as I cannot continue with my project until I have validated this new version of X.

I have just checked your licenses page and I could see a new license registered yesterday:
Is this the new license that you are looking for? If not, in case you have not registered it in your account yet, please do by clicking on the Register License option button that is on the licenses page.
