I can not use Cornerstone

I have this message:
“Great to see you’re using Cornerstone with X, but it is ​ not validated . Once X is validated, Cornerstone will automatically be validated as well. You’ll also have instant access to support, automatic updates, custom templates, and more”

But my website is validated. Actually I Have this message: “Your site is validated”.

Thanks for reaching out.
It is not very clear where you are getting this message. Please remember that you don’t need to install and validate the Cornerstone separately, the Cornerstone can be installed by clicking on the link in the dashboard after installing the X as shown in the given screenshot.

I went ahead and investigated the site listed in your Themeco Account and found that you are still using the older version of X i.e. 7.2.3 and also an incompatible older version of Cornerstone i.e. 6.0.8. I would suggest you update the X and Cornerstone by following the below steps and checking if that resolves your issue.

1. Delete the Cornerstone
2. Update the X theme to the latest version on automatic updates
3. After the X theme is updated, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be in the latest version

If that does not help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
