I can not customize my X Theme

Hi Everyone,

I successfully upload the X Themes to Wordpress, but when I want to start customizing my webpage I have the below error:

And don’t allow me to customize my page. Anyone knows how I can fix this issue?

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! What’s your PHP version? Make sure that you’re running at least PHP v5.6.x or above to avoid any incompatibility issues.

Hi!! This is weird and frustrating I reinstalled two times the X theme and even WordPress but every time still showing the same error, I cannot customize my web page.
The file upload ok but not the customizing part.

I try with other themes, and the customizing part is working but not with X Theme.
Hope you or someone can help me! Please!

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials

Hi!!
It Fixed now.
After hours I found that was because of a plugin conflict so I deactivate all the plugins and now it’s working. Thanks!!!
