I bought X From Envato and cannot activate the Cornerstone

cannot activate Cornerstone. I doesn’t show on WP menu.

I activated the X correctly.

I already installed it, but when i try to activate it, This is what it says. In Finnish=Site doesn’t work.
Does not show on the WP menu either.

Can you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

It seems that the Cornerstone plugin has been installed successfully, but somehow that can’t be activated. There might be a few different reasons behind your issue, but without investigating your website it is not possible to tell you the exact reason behind it. I still recommend you to troubleshoot a few common issues in this regards.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.CSS/JS Customization
3.Disabling Cache
4.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps and the issue persists, I would like to request you to remove the X theme once and re-install it once.
