I cannot figure out how to edit the global css because I cannot find where to access it. I want to review the css to make sure there is no padding on the right and left which may be the cause of my navigation bar having space on both sides.

Thanks for reaching out.
After importing the Demos, the CSS mostly stored in Theme Options > CSS or in Page CSS of the specific page. I have tried to check but the given credentials do not work. I would suggest you check the CSS in mentioned section, if you still didn’t find that re-share the valid credentials once again.
