I appreciate your help guys.
My X theme’s cornerstone stopped working (I guess after the X updates I made).
When I hit the cornerstone button, I see the attached screen.
I activated and deactivated, again the same.
After that, I thought Pro might resolve the issue (It did not need cornerstone).
I updated to Pro.
Again the same.
Same screenshot.
Need your guidance.
I am stuck.

Please go to Settings > Permalinks then set it to Post Name then try to check Cornerstone again.

Thanks at first. I got your point (And yes, the address bar has the wrong address), did not work but I have new more information to resolve the issue.
My home page is http://yap.com.tr/tr/
But when I hit the button for Edit with Pro the home page goes to http://yap.com.tr/pro/#/content/637
I think this is what we need to fix. May be it gives a deeper info.
So what can I do next?

Please check Wordpress Adress and Site Address and make sure it’s the same
Then go to Settings > Permalinks and click on Save Changes
If none of this works, please provide the following details in Secure Note(key icon)

We gave the read permission for the webconfig file, but it is still the same.
No change.

I have logged in and changed your permalinks. After saving the settings, I got this message:
Permalink structure updated. Remove write access on web.config file now!
It turns out that this usually occur in Windows hosting environment. You are experiencing file permission with the web.config file. Please check out this links:
It is best that you ask further assistance from your hosting provider. They can easily resolve this issue on their end or somehow give you a detailed and step by step instructions on how to resolve this.
