Hi Lisa,
Please check for the following first:
-
Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/docs/product-updates for more details.
-
If you’re using a caching plugin, clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins.
-
If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.
-
Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If the issue persists, please provide us login credentials on a “Secure Note” so we can take a closer look.
Thanks,
Hi Lisa,
It seems that the 3rd party plugin SG Optimizer is the cause behind the issue, I went ahead and deactivate it temporarily and found it is fixed even when the Permalink Manager plugin is activated. Please check and report the plugin author on this, if you need to use the said plugin.
Please remember that we really don’t offer any support or investigation related to 3rd party plugins. Please let us know if you are having any further issues.
Thanks
