I am moving my menus around and having some trouble

Ok, so i’m sure this is super simple, but I’m struggling a little bit. So, as of right now I have a footer and primary menu. I would like to have EVERYTHING being displayed at the footer. I do not want a primary menu (a menu being displayed at the top). Even when I switched the primary to the footer display (which completely eliminated the footer links all together), there was still a “select menu” button at the top.

I know there is a simple easy way to do this, I’m just lost lol. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

If you are looking to remove Assign menu that’s appearing in footer as shown on screenshot then please follow below step:

Under X > Theme Options > Footer Toggle Footer menu to remove menu from footer section of website.
