I am logged in, but cannot see some answers

Hi there,

I am trying to read the answer in this post…

But it tells me, that I have to be logged in… but I seem to be logged in, since I can see the customer backend.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi there Thorsten,

While the information on the old forums is accessible, you won’t be able to access or read private replies even if you was the original thread starter. The old forums are in read only mode and you can’t technically login/register on them.
