I am about use theme pro using a multisite and domain mapping with 3 domain names.
Can I confirm Theme Pro will work across a multisite
Do I need a separate licence for each domain name and how do register them if so?

The Pro works perfectly with the Multisite environment, and you need to have separate licenses for each domain.
