Hyperlinks to #id's don't always work (one page navigation)

Hello,

For a site that I created I have some trouble with the menu. The menu is fixed on top. It seems that on some devises/browsers, the links in the menu come out below of the actual bookmark.
When the hamburger menu is active this issue isn’t there. It seems to me to have something to do with the fixed menu that sort of ‘falls’ over the content on the page when using a hyperlink to an #id. Strangely the problem does not occur always.

I tried on my test site but can’t replicate this issue.

Please update your theme and cornerstone to latest versions.

X 6.2.5, Cornerstone 3.2.5

After updating clear your browser cache, plugin cache and systems cache(under x > settings) then check if the issue is resolved
