Huge gap before content

HI,
I just updated my theme and all the plugins.
Now, there is a huge gap between the header and my content.
It doesn’t go away if I create a new page.
Also the nav bar ceased to be transparent on all but the home page.
Please can you advise me.

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that the custom CSS code is the reason behind your issue. I would suggest you remove the code from Theme Options > CSS and check if that resolves the issue.
