That is technically possible with Pro theme, we also need the SuperFly plugin for header menu and Revolution Slider for the background images.

So do you mean that is rev slider used per section, or is a single rev slider in a section with different sliders?

Since it’s a one-fullscreen page setup then it will be a single revslider with multiple slides.
