Hello! Our mobile menu is not working on iPad 2 or 3. Do you no longer support these devices?

I checked your website on chrome dev tools responsive simulator and on iPad having screen resolution of 768px * 1024px, menu is working fine. I checked on the internet about iPad 2 has same screen resolution. Please see screencast. https://cloudup.com/c2eR3u_6SND

Can you please clear browser cache and try loading website again.

Cache has been flushed. Here’s a video of how it’s operating on BrowserStack, which provides a more accurate rendering than Chrome Dev tools at iPad 2 resolution.

Hi There,

Please check this code:

@media (max-width: 1175px)
@media (max-width: 1245px){
.x-nav-wrap.mobile {
    display: block;
}

And replace with:

@media (max-width: 1200px) {
.x-nav-wrap.mobile {
    display: block;
}}

Hi there,

I just tried it on iPad 2 and iPad Pro and it works just fine. What’s IOS version your browser stack is using? It looks different than my iPad. Does it happen on your actual device?
