Only seems to come up when I try use templates from Design Cloud. If I builder a header from scratch it seems to work fine.
I’ve asked my hosting provider to increase the PHP memory limit to maximum.

Thanks for reaching out.
The Pro should be the name of the theme folder inside wp-content/themes, which will consist of the theme files. Here we found that the Pro is inside another folder named pro.
Please make the Pro folder, which consists of the theme files directly under the wp-content/themes.
You folder structure looks like wp-content/themes/pro/pro where as it should be wp-content/themes/pro.
