Hello Cristina,

Thanks for writing in! After creating the slider, you will need to assign it to a page or assign it globally. Once your edit it, the header should display in the preview area. If that is not working, would you mind providing us some access to your site so that we can take a closer look?

I definitely cannot see header. It pulls up content area not header so I cannot see as I am editing:

Hi,

May I know which browser are you using.

I tried it in chrome and firefox and it is showing up without issues.

Can I revert out of Pro without having to do site over? I am running into too many issues. Now, I cannot get these drop downs to work on this page. The logo does not link back to home like it auto-used to in regular X. I like concept of Pro a lot but running into snags like this drop down not working. It works fine on home page.

Hi,

To fix the submenu, please add this in Header > CSS

.x-masthead .hm9.ps-container {
    overflow: visible !important;
}

I want to use this simple one. However, I set to Fixed Top for both home and sub Headers and it is not working? How can I get this to work so when people scroll menu folllows?

Hi Christina,

Those settings will not work on Pro headers. That is for legacy headers only. To make header fixed when using PRO, please inspect Bar> Setup : Sticky Bar: Set to ON
