How to use the formatting of "No Container - Header and Footer" for my CPT

I have a Custom Post Type called Projects. Instead of it using the default post type format, I would like to use the page template for “No Container - Header and Footer”.

I have a child theme installed “Pro - Child” and am using Integrity style.

I believe I need to copy the some of the template files to my Pro-Child folder and rename them. I just can’t figure out which ones need to be copied and renamed to work with my CPT.
