How to use <link rel=preload> on Revslider Plugin

I’m trying to speed up my site. Getting terrible results from PageSpeed Insights.

One recommendation:
Consider using <link rel=preload> to prioritize fetching resources that are currently requested later in page load.

I’m not a coder. Is anyone able to explain in simple terms how to do this?
