How to upload a video that is a large file size

Hello! we would like to incorporate more video into our site and we are having trouble uploading the video because it says the max file size we can upload into the site it 50 mb and our video is 12 gb. We don’t want to lower the resolution. How can we incorporate the video into our site without lowering the resolution?

Thanks for writing to us.

I would suggest you please upload the video to Youtube since the video size of 12GB would not render on the WordPress website properly and it would have a large space on the hosting server as well.
