How to update X Theme from 5.2.5 to 6.2.5

Hi,

I want to update automatically (I’m afraid of touching it manually) the x theme from 5.2.5 to 6.2.5

I don’t know how to do, there is no button nor link to do that. I searched for the validation
link but it is not there.

Can you help ?
