My pro themes aren’t prompting an upgrade to 2.0 with the new template manager and everything…
Do I have to install 2.0 manually by uploading the zip?

Right now the auto update hasn’t push for live, thats why you are not getting the update prompt.
You can manually update the theme by upload the zip or you can wait for few days to get it push to live.
