How do I update the details like email address and name on my account?

Email address could not be edited on our side however I could try forward it to our head staff so would know if is possible to be change.

In regards to your name on your account, we could change it. Would you mind sharing us the name to be use.

Please provide this details below for verification:

- Proof of purchase of the licenses
- Email address to be use

Don’t forget to add it in a secure note.

Hi Jarrod,

In order for me to change the email address, I’ll need to set up a new account for you, then move the license to that account. It will also require a new username. I’m more than happy to do this for you if you wish. Therefore, if you would like me to go ahead and do that, please also provide the new username that you would like me to use.
