I activated ConvertPlus, but I no longer want it active. How do I now disable this extension?
I didn’t realize I needed to work with an email database third party application.
When I try to activate the ConvertKit extension within ConvertPlus, I get the following error: " Download failed. Forbidden" Please advise.

Thanks for writing to us.
To uninstall the ConvertPlus plugin you need to go to the WordPress Dashboard —>Plugins —>ConvertPlus —>Deacivate
In case if you are not able to activate the ConvertKit, please make sure you have installed the ConvertPlus plugin and it needs to be in the activated mode as well. In case if you are not able to install ConvertKit addons you can download it from here and then install it.
