Hi, most plugins that come bundled with Pro, keep showing up nagging messages to activate on the dashboard.
While on a personal level it’s not an issue
Clients think we are working on pirated software or unactivated versions due to the messages to activate plugins like ACF pro or wp-bakery
If someone could tell how to turn off these messages it would be awesome.
Currently can’t allow clients into dashboard if site built on Pro, as any required plugin keeps sending signals that it is not activated.
That hurts client trust or time wasted in explanation. None has time or inclination for that.
So, help would be appreciated.
Hi Surajit,
Thank you for writing in, explaining to the clients what are those notifications are, is the best thing to do. They can manually dismiss those notifications if they want.
If you want to force disable those notifications, you can follow this guide here. But please note that we don’t provide support with regards to 3rd party plugins and customizations.
Thank you for understanding,
Thanks for the reply.
I am talking only of plugins that came bundled with Pro.
As all my plugins are licensed, only using anything from Pro creates this situation, which I would like to avoid.
But one of the reasons I purchased Pro was due to the convenience of bundled plugins.
Let’s see if this can be worked out.
Thanks again.
Thanks.
The plugin mentioned on that page worked to get rid of the nagging messages.
Regards
