How to translate WP Cost estimation form

Hi. Can you point me to the proper way to translate a WP cost estimation form? I create a page with Cornerstone with a title and a form shortcode, then I translate the page, that basically means I translate the title and change the shortcode to a new form in english bu that does not work, the form is displaying but lose all at once an lose the css. I am using WPML plugin

The problem is this form: https://petstohomecr.com/?page_id=8673&lang=en

Hello Eduardo,

Thanks for writing in!

I have inspected the page and I see that there is a <code></code> on the page. Did you use this in inserting the shortcode? Please insert the shortcode without it. And please make sure that you have translated the Cornerstone built page with WPML correctly. Perhaps this link could help:

Hope this helps.

I did all the process again and still no good results, i did this:

  1. Create a page with a title Cotización
  2. In Cornerstone I insert an element text and the shortcode of the form in spanish
  3. Translate the page in Cornerstone (basically just the title of the page) and change the form id in the shortcode to point to a copy of the spanish form in english (two forms)

The translation in Cornertstone just shows the shortcode.

Hi Eduardo,

I just checked and it works on both language.

May I know which shortcode is displaying?

Thanks!

Hi. As you can see it is no displaying the shorcode properly, the wp estimation form has 4 steps, and it is displaying all the content at once. Here you can see how the form in spanish (actually spanish and english) should display: https://petstohomecr.com/?page_id=8717.

The english form is a duplicate of this just with the english part

Spanish form shortcode: [estimation_form form_id=“17”]
English form: [estimation_form form_id=“18”]

Hi Eduardo,

I thought you’re saying that it’s only displaying the shortcode such as [estimation_form]. The form actually works and there and the issue you’re getting is, it is not displaying properly.

So I tried the form again for each language and they have 4 steps

If you’re referring to the styling then you must change the styling of the other to match them.

Thanks!

Thanks Rad. It is working now. Maybe was a caching issue.

Glad to hear that it’s working now. Have a great day!
